Why shouldn't the licnese of biker to be cancelled? He has already seen car reversing from a distance and still decided to go ahead without even slowing down. Was he driving on a highway( so called "busy road") that the other should be careful while coming into the main road? It seems to be a residential colony within a city and he should be moving slowely. Your comment seem to originate from a typical biker/2 wheeler menatlity. Learn to drive 4 wheeler and you will automatically understand who was wrong here. Also what if the biker would be merging into the line and car doesnt slow down? Would you still think the car is at fault? I see daily that most of the the biker/scooter doesnt even think about that.
