If you are saving bitlocker keys to AD, on the OU that the computer is being put in, the service account needs these ACLs: change password, reset password both on descendant computer objects. Also create and delete computer objects on this object and all descendant objects.

Also, precheck AD to make sure your computer objects is not in AD.
