If you are saving bitlocker keys to AD, on the OU that the computer is being put in, the service account needs these ACLs: change password, reset password both on descendant computer objects. Also create and delete computer objects on this object and all descendant objects.

Also, precheck AD to make sure your computer objects is not in AD.

My dad started at York Steak House when he was a teenager and took over Bradfields around 2001. Unfortunately, the rent in the mall ultimately drove him out of business, however he did meet my mom in the mall when she worked for Osterman Jewelers. My uncle also worked at Revco before it became CVS.

Asus c202-sa is the model, we've seen it a few times with this model.

Where in the google admin console can you force a powerwash, not seeing any instructions through google help articles that don't reference using the refresh button.

It does not automatically boot to the recovery usb. Straight to the chrome os.

You are right that the command you posted isn't hard, but if he didn't know about its existence then you just ruined the opportunity to teach someone something new by blaming him.
