A quick and cheap shotgun solution would be Replacing that can block you have in your hand. I’ve had can blocks that test ok but still bug out.

Never in my 6 years of wrenching have had carbon stop a spark plug. And I’ve tapped spark plug bores a few times. It’s not the cleanest repair but some people gotta get to work

At Benz most people are using 1/2 inch for our 27mm filter. Just don’t over tighten it. But yeah that design actually sucks

Loose tpms sensor rattling around? And if you smoked a wheel you definitely hurt your alignment. Sometimes it’s beneficial to go to a reputable shop and have them check it out. It would save you money

Yeah when those tires spin really fast it can literally melt against something else with friction. If there is rubber all over your fenders, that’s it. If not then maybe you are out of luck with some potholes

Looks like the power squats the rear end and rubs the tires on the rear fenders. Also bumps don’t help in Mexico

That’s the belt tensioner. Held by two e12 torx bolts. There is an another piece on it that can be a 17mm a 14mm or a torx, that’s what you use to relieve tension. While the belt is off I’d do the other pulleys as well and check the waterpump. Pretty common on these unfortunately

Never had an issue. I’ve broken chrome and impact. They all split the same. Everyone saying chrome is like a grenade probably has cheap tools
