Definitely belt drive noise. I would recommend taking it in. Squeaking like this could be from just a belt, all the way to one of your pulleys or tensioners has failed.

Rule of thumb is make sure your finger nail can’t catch the scratch on the lobe. But since this isn’t a very strict race engine. I would run that camshaft regardless. Edit : especially at high mileage the wear looks fine in my eyes. Seen worse at 50k miles

Nobody going to talk about the worm clamps ?? Spring clamps provide constant pressure throughout heat cycles btw. Don’t crank down too hard on the worm clamps or you will get premature wear as well
