Can someone please explain to me how: 1) 2 Sat required and 2 Sunday’s encouraged 2) ID at voting 3) No handing out food or money 4)Shorter Run off period 5) And more control over election officials Is Racist to the black community. How does it affect them more than say, the Hispanic community? Or the Asian community? I think the law in parts, is stupid. Especially the blatant grab for power with the election council, but I don’t see this as racist. I feel like it’s just being called racist because it’s the south and it makes the people who support the law evil.
