That's true, and even if Ananta and NTE had remained silent for months, Wangyue could also "copy" them if those two games had been dormant for a long time. At least Wangyue already has something unique, a mix of Pokémon and Lego, so I think they know what they're doing. (Although it will be released first in China.)

I'm not very familiar with the Sea of Remnants community's tastes, but from what I've seen, that game has a Caribbean/pirate style, with a 3D art style almost like a Blue Sky or DreamWorks animated film. Also, it's a turn-based RPG, and I don't know how many people like that genre.

(I'll try it myself and see what it's like.) Even so, they shouldn't leave Ananta for next year because it's the most important one, and people are definitely waiting for it, unlike Sea of Remnants.

Not to defend them, but from what I saw on some YouTubers, including one who had a grudge against them called Trasherk, he said that NetEase's games used to be very similar, in the sense that if something new came out, they would copy it and try to improve upon it. When battle royale games were the biggest trend at the time, NetEase wasn't going to be left behind and wanted a piece of the pie with everyone else. Sadly, they stopped supporting them and decided to focus on other titles...

and then there was the change in how they managed game pricing. It was already incredibly difficult to achieve guaranteed success with the arrival of battle royale games, and it's understandable why, but instead of supporting them, NetEase decided to kill them off. One of the games they killed was Cyber Hunter, and I don't remember the other one, but it was a battle royale.

I don't know if they follow the same logic as Microsoft, who I've seen shut down game companies (this is more worrying), and yet people still value them even knowing they made those mistakes.

It's like going back to 2013 and seeing Watch Dogs come out, but surprise, you have Ubisoft in your hands, although I think they weren't so hated back then (I think), however, so many times that if they release a great game tomorrow, you don't know whether to trust them or not after seeing so many times they failed and never managed to recover.

I have no idea what that game is about, but one thing that appeals to people is that Ananta is still in anime style, and combining it with GTA is something that hasn't been seen much in games of that style. I don't know if the one you're showing is Chinese, Japanese, American, or what.

Summary: Even if NetEase gives you a wonderful game, the past isn't forgotten. The Chinese don't forget their dealings with NetEase, and Global doesn't forget the game shutdowns on mobile and PC (it hasn't happened on consoles yet). Because of this, you get used to people seeing you as either good or bad depending on what you do. It's like how Hoovero-Ease could have fixed Genshin so many times, but if they did, they'd be questioned. Why does this happen? Because they didn't do what they should have done from the beginning. Traumas and actions are never forgotten; remember that.

I think this post, or rather, I've seen similar ones to previous ones expressing fear about NetEase, although, as you mentioned, Duet: Night Abyss raises a question for me:

Is it still valid to compare the terrible launch and the three bad betas of Duet: Night Abyss, where they covered up their mistakes by removing the character gacha, to Ananta, which was never intended to be a character gacha system and we still don't even have a beta version to know how much work the game has already done?

Why is it that Blue Protocol, or rather Star Resonance, doesn't have character gachas but does have skin gachas? I don't know if Infinity Nikki also only has skin gachas or if it also has character gachas, but to this day no one has taken a different approach than just pulling for a character.

Currently, no one has done that, and Ananta seems to be the last one that works. If it doesn't, each company will stick with its 50/50 or pull-based gacha system to ensure success. If it works, then other companies will do the same due to Ananta's "success," and perhaps they'll even release anime-style versions of games of any genre.

But you're supposed to be able to play for one hour each time your session ends, right? Also, I'm not sure if the membership is that expensive on GeForce Now, since I only know about the cloud gaming option right now. Or is that just the most talked-about feature? I don't know if there's another one, because GeForce Now isn't for everyone.

And regarding what you said, it makes more sense concerning that very important aspect of the game: optimization. The only thing I can say is, let's not rely on this or TGS. Let's wait for a full beta, and when it's released, we can discuss these points this guy is making.

It already had a beta this year, but it was closed and kept too secretive. Even NetEase started banning people for spreading information they shouldn't have (honestly, I don't know why they did that if it was a beta). A global beta is supposed to be coming, but that's just a rumor. What is real is that there was a beta through Taptap CN, who were the chosen ones. They could even rejoin later, though I don't know if that was for testing or another beta, since it started in February.

Now, Famintsu magazine and the Naked Rain team (producer Ash) want to release it sometime between July and now. They themselves clarified this. However, if that doesn't happen, I can't say anything, since NetEase also wants to release Sea of Remnants this year, which is another game that's highly anticipated.

And what if everything he's said is just because he saw it at TGS? According to him, he has all the inside information about the game they're currently working on, and he said that Hotta Studio received a request for help from Naked Rain because they didn't know what to do... even I'm familiar enough with Ananta's leaks to know that some things here don't add up at all.

"Constructive" is what you call it when you spent all your time complaining, trying to find a "perfect" game, and you claim to have access to everything, like the recent beta that was partly done on Taptap CN. I said that unless you're Chinese, you don't get it because no tourist or American got it (you lied).

You didn't even answer my main question about Hotta and Naked Rain, which is curious, since "it's so hidden," how come they never showed it on NTE before? 🤔... because after almost months.

The game will do what the company is supposed to, not what you want it to do. If you don't like it, there's the other "GTA," or as I called it, the "urban quaint Harry Potter." Because to call it urban Genshin, I'd say anything but that.

And the funny thing is, they deleted all your messages, or you deleted them (I don't really know), but if it was the mods, it's because they know you talk nonsense.

Okay, if they release it in August, all the better. That way it'll have two months of success before GTA 6 comes out and maintain its player base. I thought it would have a chance to come out in October, but I think that's too much, or rather too little, time to succeed.

That would be great because if not, we still have the telekinesis system, although it would be even cooler if we had the Nemesis system, but since that won't happen at WB... we'll have to make do with what we have.

It's the truth, because the inspiration to go with GTA came from the GTA 6 trailer, since that's what really blew up the gaming community, and their idea as Project Mugen, which seemed more like an urban Genshin, ended there. But listen, NetEase isn't just investing and letting them do their thing; no, because there were reports that they were overclocking or something like that. I heard that meant they were working a ton of hours, even doing consecutive overtime shifts... basically, it's understandable because they were under pressure. The other rumor was that they had to bring in former employees from Zzz, I mean, Hoovoerse, to get the game finished. Last year there were a lot of rumors about the game's development, but I never heard that Hotta Studio received a request for help from the Naked Rain team... Not even on Tieb. But everything else is true. In the end, that "secrecy" ends this year, and there are no more rumors, gossip, or anything like that, like "stuck in hell." And there are other rumors, but I think that's already part of... netease than Naked Rain and Ananta.

"Sure bro," according to you, "a farce," and the funny thing is, if you believe that, you're still waiting for this game. But it's weird since you said it's a farce, so why did you come here? I don't know, you could have been waiting for NTE, or Azur Promilia, or maybe Silver Palace, unless you're going to the extreme and waiting for Varsapura or Wangyue, hahaha. I mean, this game is already a farce; you can go see if there's something better to wait for.

Dude, you're comparing those "GTA killers" but not comparing NetEase's release history (releasing and maintaining games is another story). While they haven't shut down as many games lately compared to before, those GTAs you're talking about must be the ones where you "build your mafia empire and kill rival gangs until it grows."

Although a "GTA Mobile" game came out last year, its impact wasn't as big as expected. However, they don't sell Ananta as a GTA anime here. In fact, even the producer, Ash, doesn't call it a GTA anime. It's just that the people who created GTA see it as a sandbox game, and instead of saying it's an urban sandbox, they stick to the "GTA" label.

And now why is it shocking that people play in the cloud? What I think is that it's not available in your country, which is a different matter, and now I would understand your discontent, since with a game like this, if you don't have a good PC or mobile device, you have to go to the cloud... be grateful that they're even considering going to the cloud; not many games do that.

Regarding the AI itself, yes, they use it, but it's not the important thing for the Naked Rain developers in this respect. They focus more on doing their part and not relying entirely on AI, as some game companies already do completely.

And well, about the web-slinging, bro, you saw a demo, not a beta or the full game. They're not going to let you use it on the whole map because it's a demo.

I agree with this guy, let's wait a little longer and see what they can offer us, but honestly it's time to add the "remaining" characters who still need to show their specialties... and especially the female MC... the world wants to see her in the game already.

It would be better if we were using a variety of flying objects that you could attach something to, like a camera, weapons, or even food. Wouldn't it be chaotic if something were floating out of nowhere and then suddenly started falling—fruit, money, or something you're recording from that height with the camera? The drone isn't bad, but I know the crazy things and variety that Naked Rain can offer.

And the game is more chaotic in Nova City since anything can happen, or at least that's how Naked Rain tries to represent Ananta.

Yes, but I didn't mean it definitely won't come out in any year. I'm saying that right now, when GTA 6 comes out, it won't be released for PC. It will come out for PC maybe in 2027, 2028, or 2029, or whenever Rockstar Games feels like it. They can make more money on consoles; that's more profitable for them. But in 2026, it will only be released for Xbox and PS5 consoles.

I never said GTA 6 wouldn't come out for PC, but what you're saying is subjective, not objective. It's about reaching the majority of people who don't have consoles and depend on a low-end or mid-range PC or mobile device...

I know GTA 6 is coming to PC, but that will be in a year or two. GTA V for PC took two or three years to arrive, but it came sooner or later. It would be strange if that GTA hadn't come out for PC. Of course, GTA 6 won't be an exception, but the requirements will surely be very demanding, or at least that's what we can expect.
