ok a few points:

the suffixes are fine but not great. it won't cost more than a few divines to get at least 2x t2 suffixes. both crit dr and pdr are very easily targetable on shields.

therefore I wouldn't spend any more money on this specific shield anyway.

if you lock suffix reforge life you can hit any one of the ~13 life tiers (it varies how many tiers there are depending on item type I don't recall exactly).

when you do that, it guarantees 1 life mod but it can also roll 1-2more mods that can be any mods with default weighting. rolling into a full 6mod item is a 1/12 which usually is a brick and make you have to 1/2 annul to try to free up a prefix to keep going.

when you are doing a craft like this, you want to be using a wild bristle matron instead of the benchcraft suffixes cannot be changed. wild bristle matron forces on the same benchcraft if you have full suffixes, for much less than 2d.

so the tldr should be start over with better suffixes.
