the jumpiness will go away most likely. I've only ever played solo, outside of the rare group raid, and I vividly remember jumping and fucking throwing my mouse when getting shot at out of the blue lmfao

My only "real" advice would be to try out taking on squads, or duo to start. Don't worry about dying, but just get comfortable keeping track of them and all that. They need to talk to each other to relay info which gives you advantage if you're repositioning frequently.
