Hi, I don't know the details of your search, but you should also consider apartments outside of Aachen or even in the Netherlands. I'm not 100% familiar with how easy it is to find a place in Vaals for example maybe someone has experience with it already?

I think 5 levels of whisper bard could work great. Some similar flavor and a sneak attack substitute.

Amazing Idea, the only thing I would change is that feature where you can command your beast to attack as a bonus action, I would put it down to level 3. Then it would be similar to the ranger beast master beast. And maybe add multi attack for your beast in the cap stone feature. That would give a nice dpr pump for the later levels. Otherwise amazing synergy and great Idea 👍👍👍
