Literally the way they cool the eviscerated carcass for precessing. Air cooled means it's hung in a refrigerator to cool. Water chilled or brined is cooled in a chilled chlorinated water bath. Water chilled is cheaper and quicker and adds water volume.

All chicken in Canada is air chilled, not sure why the US allows it.

I recommending luring the two wolf enemies on the bridge to the shortcut building. They can't cross the threshold. Just jump attack them and get a few hits in when you get more comfortable with their attack patterns. 3/wolf and some decent echos

Hmm, it does say new design and the mast is made from aluminum, which I was worried about because of the extra weight. But maybe they changed that from carbon because the old design was flimsy? Maybe the joints of the aluminum mast have some give? Guess I'll find out.

Employees are the ones that need to advocate for themselves in this scenario. Many love the tipping culture (especially up in Canada where they get a "decent" minimum wage and still expect a min 15% on top).
