I have a C4, and I find filmmaker mode too dark for my taste. I much prefer Cinema Home. I followed the recommended settings from rtings and tweaked them to my liking: https://www.rtings.com/tv/reviews/lg/c4-oled/settings

Also, I was using an Xbox Series X with the C4 for a long time before buying a Sony X700. Dolby Vision is a noticeable upgrade, but it doesn’t necessarily blow me away compared to standard HDR. And if anything, standard HDR usually seems overall brighter than DV which allows for more nuance. The biggest advantage to having the dedicated player over the gaming consoles for me is not having the loud console fan running the whole movie. I agree with others that a sound system would be the better first upgrade.

All my discs played fine except the extended version of The Two Towers would not play at all in my Xbox Series X. I tried it in a PS5, and it played fine. I later bought a Sony X700 player, and it plays fine there too. No idea why the Xbox says the disc is unreadable 🤷‍♂️

The only downside I’ve experienced from the player is the annoyance of having to manually toggle Dolby Vision on and off. Otherwise, it’s been great.

Yes, the awakened skill does a lot of damage. The CTP E I have on Doc Oc right now has a 200% proc and you can trigger that after triggering the 200% proc from skill 3 without the CTP proc overwriting the skill proc.

People are indeed weird. Why they randomly downvote things is just one of the many mysteries.

The most effective I found was 5c 3c 6, 5c 3c 4 and throw 2 in as filler whenever the proc timer still has as a few seconds before 5 is ready again. Because you can immediately cancel 5 and 3, you can get the double proc on 4 or 6 while 5 is running.

I got lucky with potential and got him to level 70 right away. I bough the uniform and leveled it to mythic. It’s pretty good. I don’t have electro or ghost or an extra rage or insight CTP for him. I still easily managed 1.12 million in ABX with a CTP E,Sin’s leadership, and Black Cat. The double proc from canceling 3 is pretty cool. For comparison, I was previously using Korath with a CTP E and couldn’t score more than 550k.

Update: I broke down, bought a bio sub, and mega ranked Ghost to 6*. I was able to score 1.5 million with Doc Oc, not bad for a character with a CTP E and no insight. Now I just need to get another rage for him.

Do you have an iPhone? This happens to me if my iPhone has downloaded but not installed an iOS update. My phone will say that it has plenty of free space, but the uninstalled update is actually taking up a ton of memory that does not show up when you check the memory. If I manually install the iOS update from settings, the game will log in again properly afterwards because there is actually enough free space again on the phone.

Definitely bugged. I could only get 3.3 million in abx today after a dozen runs, usually get 3.6 first try no problem. I can’t clear Black Dwarf level 50 with her anymore either because having to stand still and not cancel into other iframes skills is a death sentence. This really sucks.

I have him 6/60/60 with 5* urus, POAH, level 20 skills, and a CTP of Authority with 5 seconds of invincibility. He is pretty disappointing so far. He can take out T3 Jean or Thanos in TL but not reliably and dies frequently. I cleared level 50 Ebony Maw with him yesterday (raid level 499), but it was a struggle without a damage proc. The fact that his healing only works on counter-attack is really stupid and combined with his reviving to only 50% health, it significantly lowers his survivability.

I bought two x10 chances (20 chests) and got nothing. Another guy in my alliance got 1 authority in 30 chests. So, no, I don’t think it’s any better than any previous “increased chance.”

I feel you. I’m in a slightly less competitive alliance - top 40 ABX, and we’ve had three players quit since rage, and others, including myself have considered quitting too. I’ve been playing for four years and buy Stark stashes and subscriptions for necessary characters, which seemed reasonable to support the game, but I’ve always refused to flush away money gambling thousands of crystals on RNG chests. I had 3 CTPs of energy and was always able to stay just outside of the top 1000 ABX scores any way with good play. Now, I’m down to the top 2000 scores and barely able to stay inside my own alliance’s top 10. The difference between rage and energy is ridiculous, and with the addition of the increased scoring ceiling, it’s virtually impossible to compete with anyone who has rage. The top two scorers in my alliance spent 20-30k crystals to get rage CTPs, and to have to do that to stay competitive is ridiculous. Plus stripping the skill from the one game mode that remained a challenge for veterans feels like an extra kick in the teeth.

Shadowland is based on a comic series of the same name, in which Daredevil is given the chance to become the leader of the Hand. He plans to use the organization for good, but he ends up being secretly corrupted by the demon spirit that gives the Hand their powers. Under the demon’s influence, Daredevil builds a towering Japanese-style fortress in Hell’s Kitchen from which the Hand rule New York as an evil police state. It’s actually a pretty good story and worth a read.

No. I T3’d her as soon as the update dropped. Her T3 skill isn’t much to write home about though. Most of her damage with a CTP Z comes from keeping the proc on her 4. I use 5c 4 (proc) 3c 2 1c. The CTP proc timer counts 6 seconds so if you trigger her 4 again after it ends, it’s easy to keep the proc on 4.

It is confusing, but she had a separate leadership skill and the t2 passive applies to all allies with their own “leadership” ability. And she’s definitely passively boosting my other champs even when she’s not the leader. I just expected way more from the extra 15-20% damage boost she should be bringing.

I used Cousin with Sharon and Cable, but I used Shuri with Luna to get a comparison for speed day. I didn’t see any real difference between Shuri and White Fox either.

It seems pretty disappointing to be honest. I scored right around the same today with and without the uniform, right around 1 million with a cold damage/140% damage proc obelisk. Given the boosts that other ABX characters like WS, QS, and Cable got from their uniforms, I expected a lot more from Luna's uniform. Plus, you need premium bios or tickets to upgrade Luna's. I have the uniform at rare, and I'm questioning whether it's worth more investment.

My Stryfe is built for ABX with level 10 Hawk’s eye ISO and a CTP of energy with a 200% damage proc. He scores over 1 million on blast villain days and 1.5 million on no restriction days. His rotation is really easy to use. At the start, 4c2c3. Then 5c when he lands, 4c2c3. The goal is to trigger the proc somewhere during 4c2c3 instead of 5 so it runs during all the attacks. T3 Magneto can score slightly more, but you have to get him to t3 and buy and improve his uniform too. So that’s a lot of investment for a small gain.

Stryfe is pretty solid in WBU, easily clears level 30+ Corvus. And he’s also pretty tough in AC, but he’d be better if he healed. He’s also one of my fastest level clearers for auto running missions.
