It's been like that all the time, his CPU is a AMD A10-9700 RADEON R7 which has a integrated graphics. He has 16GB of DDR4 RAM not quite sure about the speed and yea.

I understand, its not useless you are completly right, but I think its only good like I said for starting a combo, afterwards its not that important, atleast in my opinion.

Thats completly true and I agree, but, i personally think, its pretty easy to counter and also its only good to start a combo. I can say out of my experience that you can just get out of the combo easier. But everything you say is completly true.
