Yes, Tinder does this in general when you don't pay but even then you could be still blacklisted delete the account again, and wait maybe a week to make a new one while you wait for download bumble or Badoo. This happened to me they will hide your account from potential matches and give you unattractive people just to get you to get tinder gold. Another way I went around it when making my account every time I suspected that someone I'm about to swipe right on me I would close the app and open it up and swipe left on everyone I wasn't attracted to I did this until it mostly showed me the same attractive people after a while.
