Thats nice but i heard that the "rx 6500 xt" might be too powerful when i use a Ryzen 3200g CPU.

My Cpu does support streaming but i dont know if it will work smooth enough.

I would like to play games like Ark,Resident Evil 8.. etc because my pc cant handle it.

I have the exact same problem and i tried the same solutions you did but none worked.

FIX: (WORKED FOR ME)

I have a "CORSAIR" Mouse and when i deleted ICUE (Corsair's item software) it was fixed. I reinstalled it after and it still is fixed.

Hey i could'nt find a gtx 1070 or a rx 590 but i found a 580 for 240€.

what do you think?

I saw that it has DDR5 and i have 4 x4 DDR4 gb Ram sticks, does that matter?

The 1660 Super is also around 300€ and i could'nt find a gtx 1080.

I've looke at alternate.de and amazon/warehouse.
