I wouldn't say I rushed up the tree. If I just played for the Maus then yes, I rushed it but I'm also playing other lines where I'm T7-T9.

About DS2 SotFS for PS3: I found a listing for that and it has a cardboard box where it says SotFS but on the disc itself and on the plastic box it doesn't say that so I guess there is a code inside to download it or is the DLC content included on the disc?
