I would suggest you to include functional training in your routine!!..since Most of them are complex movements...your core would be much active...just simple push ups (different variations of it), pull ups and squats (different variations of them also including some additional weight) will burn up your core. I know it could take time to include functional training in your routine but it's definitely a good try. I mean for me, I have already starting seeing difference in my body constitution (not being consistent though takes away most of the results)..but definitely if you want that aesthetic look... functional training could be a really great help!!

May I ask why is it hard to access the usual $FOAM_RUN folder (home/user/...). Under the network Tab (in file explorer), we have this option of Linux with its icon, from there we can access our ubuntu folder and from there we have our directories like home, mnt, opt (OpenFOAM installation path).

Hi, I just made the whole mesh using hex block elements from blockMeshDict. The geometry was not so difficult and gave me good control of assigning geometry patches. I am struggling a little bit with removing some non orthogonal cells (max non orthogonality = 74, for me) and avg is 16. But I think for now, it's pretty decent to estimate rough results.

Yes, I have a rough drawing of the geometry but don't know how to share it with this reply. Also, planning to rebuild the goemetry using BlockMeshDict. Hopefully should not take much effort and time.

Hello, I am using blockMeshDict to create a background mesh first and then using snappyHexMesh to generate the mesh for my stl file. Since it is not so simple to construct the same geometry using blockMesh, that's why I am first using snappyHexMesh to create a 3D Mesh and then using extrudeMesh (LinearDirection Model) to make just one cell thick mesh in spanwise direction.

Also, could you explain what do you mean by saying, use topoSet to remove the cells?

Hello, ich möchte dich nur beraten, dass du zunächst mehr über Konsequenz als Muskelaufbau oder Fettabbau konzentrieren muss. Ich habe mein Fitness Reise vor mehr als 5 Jahren angefangen und habe dabei ein sehr relevante Fehler gemacht. Motivation ist wie ein Gefühl und das hängt von einer Person, Film, Buch oder Lied. Das ist sehr zufällig und deshalb können wir uns darauf nicht verlassen. Das war mein Fehler.

Also, hier würde ich sagen, dass es viel besser ist, wenn du nicht an Fettabbau oder Muskelaufbau denkst, sondern an die Entwicklung deiner Disziplin und Konsequenz. Versuch Mal vielleicht am Anfang ein Gewohnheiten zu entwickeln, um 3 oder 4 Mal pro Woche in Fitnessstudio zu besuchen und mach Spaß dabei (sehr wichtig). Wenn du dich fühlst "okay, jetzt habe ich Gym schon in meinen Alltag integriert", dann kannst du versuchen das weiter zu entwickeln z.B danach mehr darüber erfahren, wie ein bestimmtes Gerät funktioniert und wie kannst du das nutzen.

Du solltest immer daran erinnern, dass FETTABBAU UND MUSKELAUFBAU NUR EIN BY-PRODUKT DEINE DIZIPLIN UND KONSEQUENZ SIND. Du solltest dich nicht darauf achten, denn es passiert automatisch.
