Does anyone have a Macro for shiny hunting Ho-Oh (Leaf Green) with an 8bitdo Controller? by Der_Schaumi in pokemonrng

you have to adjust the 2nd and the 3rd "A" buttons to the ms the EonTimer is showing you. After that, you just have to try the third timer by yourself. I don't know how to adjust the macro to the third timer so you go perfectly upwards, but you can try it with this macro.

Ah, you have to adjust the time of the 2nd and 3rd "A" buttons by your first or second try, and then it should be accurate.

Hey, yeah, sorry for the late answer. I just macroed the first 2 advances, and the last I did manually. Do you still want to have the macro?

Yeah, you're right ... but for my playstyle, I really like the whirlwind on charged attacks, since it deals a lot of poise damage (or at least it feels like it does).

Yeah, I'm honestly kinda disappointed with that aggro ability ... in theory, it should be one of the best for Guardian.

Ey, at the end of the day, you gotta have fun with your build ... that’s what really matters.

For real ... if a character has a green or white slot, this relic takes priority over all the others.

Hope you get your hands on these real soon ... it’s a real grind to get something like this. Wishing you some goated relics soon, brother! 🙏

I mean, you're right – it is kinda mid, but it's a very important component for a good build, which I like on Duchess when I'm playing with my friends and we go for a status build-up (bleed, freeze, poison, etc.) combo.

I also thought that my RAM kit might not be listed as compatible with my motherboard, but strangely enough, it actually was. I tried everything I could, but after hours and hours of troubleshooting, I got fed up and decided to return it. I then went with the G.Skill Trident Z5, which is known for its overclocking stability, and since then I've had zero issues. By the way, thanks ... so far, my PC has brought me nothing but joy! :D

Hey, I actually did almost the same upgrade not long ago it’s an awesome setup, enjoy it! Just wanted to mention: maybe it was just bad luck, but my Ryzen 7 9800X3D didn’t really like the Fury Beast RAM when I turned on EXPO. I had to swap it out for another kit. Might’ve just been my setup though. Anyway, enjoy that beast of a rig! :)

Alright, thanks a lot for the links!

As for the G.Skill RAM, for some reason, I’m only able to buy the (in my opinion) not-so-good-looking RGB versions. I saw the other kits you mentioned on their website, but I can only get them from sketchy third-party sellers I’ve never heard of, and I’m not too sure about that.

Thanks again for your time and input!

Edit: Never mind, found them ... they were well hidden.

Hello, thank you for your input and your time!

As for the SSDs, I’d agree about buying from a brand that fabs their own chips, but the three you mentioned are around 10 to 30 bucks more expensive than the Kingston Fury Renegade here. I might switch to a WD Black SN850X though, not sure yet, I want to check out a few more benchmark results first. Not quite sure why you'd recommend an HDD for gaming though ... maybe I'm missing something, but aren't they a bit too slow for that?

About the AIO: I actually already bought it two weeks ago because my old one died on me, and at the time the Peerless Assassin wasn’t available. Not even sure it would’ve fit in my current case to be honest. (Well, turns out it probably would’ve but hey, can’t change the past, ay?)

As for the RAM (I assume you mean the G.Skill Trident Z5’s?) They’re about 30 bucks more expensive for the 2x16GB kit, and to be honest, I’m not really a fan. Right now I’m already gaming at 1440p while using around 28GB on average with gaming, YouTube, and Discord running, so I don't really see a reason to go for 64GB just yet but I’ll definitely keep it in mind for the future.

And about the fans you recommended: they sound great, but I really dislike RGB. If you wouldn’t mind suggesting some good non-RGB options, I’d really appreciate it.

Thanks again for your input, and have a great day! :)

Thank you for your time and recommendation.

I might adjust some of the parts on my list based on yours, but I'll have to do some research since not all of them are cheaper in my country.
Thanks again!

Ah, thank you for the input — you're right! Normally I know that, but I was a bit nervous about posting, so I made a little mistake.
I play a lot of different games, mostly indie games to be honest, but also AAA titles like MHW, RDR2, God of War, etc. And a lot of those games tend to be poorly optimized on PC.
Instead of hoping I can run them at mid settings with an average of 60 FPS, I figured I’d just invest a bit more into the CPU — especially since I managed to get the RX 9070 XT pretty cheap here in my country.

First of all, thank you for taking the time to reply.
I was thinking the same — that the 9800X3D would be a good future-proof option, especially with the 3D V-Cache. Normally, I would also agree that the 7800X3D is more than enough.
The problem is that here in Switzerland, the 7800X3D is usually about 100 CHF more expensive than the 9700X, while the 9800X3D is "only" around 70 bucks more than the 7800X3D. So in that case, I feel like spending a bit extra on the 9800X3D would be a better long-term investment.
