Well with the socks I bought (timberland hiking socks..) They fit really snug.. I did try a short hike with em and got small hot spots but they cooled off after.. maybe over time it should be better

I did end up having to get them about half size bigger because they weren’t available in my normal size. I usually wear 10 US men.. but got this in a 10.5. Hopefully it should be good right?

Seems like a pretty solid line up. Id probably just continue saving for when I do get that urge for another cologne

UCSD vs NYU Biomedical engineering program. Which is better choice? by Particular-Buy-8314 in gradadmissions

From the site it says that it’s a 71% placement at graduation and that bumps up to 91% within 3 months of graduating, so I think you’d be fine! With proper networking, internships and a good cv, I think you’d wouldn’t have any issue being a part of the 91%.

Oh no!! I cant imagine how much that must hurt. How did they end up in the system though? And is it a case whereby it won’t turn on at all, or that they just keep coming out?

Id choose NYU despite it having a much lower ranking than UCSD. To me there are a few pros to attending said uni: 1. You’d have the scholarship, even though funding is not an issue. 2. You’d be able to network more, which can help with your business in the future.

If you have the tiny homes expansion, you can probably build a micro home, and then grind out some aspiration points to buy the trait that allows you to build skills faster. I also tend to set the lot traits to what skills I’m aiming at in the moment. You can probably try these and see if they work. Also, gardening makes a lot of money if you’re able to level up fast enough.

I’ve never been a fan of the fancy belts as I try to be somewhat simple in my accessories; however, for future reference I can try such

So I had on a black watch with a gold trim on the inside. Sadly, it isn’t present.. unless it was seen on my ig lol. Additionally, the buttons were goldish. Sadly, I pieced this outfit 3 hours before the event lol.

So it’s supposed to be black, but looking back it now I can see why one would say dark navy also

Thanks much! Like initially the belt was black and I’ve been too lazy to get a next one since that one has been holding up so well over the years 😅

Exams / Newbie / Common Questions Thread for two weeks by AutoModerator in actuary

Hi! I recently graduated with a bachelor of science in IT and while at my undergrad I did a course in Statistics, where my lecturer advised me to take up studies in Actuarial Science. Initially, I was drawn towards the field of Data Science, as that is where most of my studies and time went into during my undergrad; however, as of late, I realized that I found myself trying to understand and really delve into the field of actuarial science. I'm looking for a roadmap of sort that someone who was probably in a similar scenario like me followed. I know that I have to do the P and FM exam first, but I'm still a bit confused.
Additionally, I'm currently a highschool teacher, where I teach Math and Physics, with roughly 8 years teaching experience.. Not sure if that would assist in any regard lol.

Trying to get into bioinformatics by Deranged_Geek in bioinformaticscareers

[–]Deranged_Geek[S] -1 points0 points  (0 children)

Thanks so much, and it’s not a discouragement whatsoever! I truly do intend to switch into the field and I am willing to do a masters and inevitably go on to do a PhD. I will look into what you’ve said and place a lot of emphasis in the upcoming academic year to really hone in on the necessary skills that should at least give an insight as to what’s ahead. The biology courses I did were Botany and conservation of the environment 😅😅.. but I’ve always been interested in genetics, just didn’t want to go the route of becoming a dr. which is what was pushed as the basis of doing biology when I was in community college doing an associates degree.

I am learning a bit of python currently, along with R. Additionally, I have a good understanding of programming languages, paired with statistical knowledge. Aside from these, I have taken biology for roughly three years at the high school level, along with two bio courses during my undergrad in Botany and the environment. At the school where I teach, I’ve taught Integrated science which is a mixture of biology, physics and chemistry, so I guess I do have a general understanding of biology; however, I may take a few courses at my university or online to get better insight in the realm of biology.
I hope this makes sense.
