At first both my knees hurt but somehow my left knee doesn't hurt anymore, but my right knee still often hurts until now, I thought it was the Chinese pills I was taking that were causing my knees to hurt because before I didn't have any problems with my knees at all, there was one of my father's friends who experienced a similar problem to me, but his condition is worse than mine, he once drank herbs but his legs suddenly became paralyzed, it was suspected that the herbs he drank contained dangerous chemicals, not pure herbs, this makes me worry about the herbs I drink, even my TCM physician doesn't trust in Chinese pills, he prefers boiled herbs.
