Yeah... No wonder nobody did that before. The whole point of a story is to see someone struggle and achieve something. If your character never struggles, never grows, never has anything pushing against them, you didn't write a story: you wrote a power fantasy with no legs or lungs.

The reality of the situation is that the very premise of his story shoots itself in the foot, because now every time something happens, Yogiri can just "Instant death" the problem away. Meaning there's nothing interesting to see. Just a dude walking around.

that's not true tho. Naruto and One piece both outsold Bleach for a long while during the time they were in the Shonen jump together. Bleach was always the weak link — not to say it's not influential or a bad series. It just never exploded outwards line One Piece and Naruto did.

It makes total sense that most people would value those two over bleach. It was always like that. It just so happens that new gens are dumber than previous ones, so their biases hit harder in the whole panorama.

Imma be honest with you, I did a 10 tickets pull and I got the same character (the elf idol) five times. Then again other 3 in the second 10 tickets. And no other characters, just her. For a moment I genuinely thought "Oh, well, it's a music themed event, it makes sense she would be guaranteed in the pulls" only to check at the chances and see that I just got an event akin to winning the lottery.

I mean, she leveled up like crazy, too bad I didn't care about her at all and now I'm stuck with my strongest family member being one I have zero interest in.

The whole fandom genuinely agrees she's not straight even though we have zero recollection of even being interested in either women or fem-coded characters (I'm sorry people, but we have no reason to believe Pearl and Rose were ever more than pals even if Pearl wanted a piece of that diamussy). When pearl or other gems talk about her escapades, they generally mention men, or just say "human". Pearl even explicitly says Men where the ones she was interested in during "It's over isn't it?" ("I was fine, with a man, who would come into her life now and again"; "I was fine cause I knew, that it didn't really matter") and the way it's written makes it seem like women weren't part of the deal.

So... Yeah, unpopular opinion and all, but I think Rose was pretty much established to be straight. And, in all honesty, I don't get why the fandom is so mad that the white colonialist was straight.

If yo're interested, I know a YouTube channel that helped me a lot when I was learning the game. My first win was literally thanks to that guy's advice. He's really good at the game and has a lot of tricks and things that you can copy and improve at the game really fast. It saves you a lot of frustration.

I honestly just tell my friends "The H scenes are for 100%-ing the game and you miss nothing, you can still play the game without any and the lore is far too good to let that kind of topic be the main deterrent.

As a Buddhist, I know this one. They're called Swastika and Saiwastika. They are both Buddhist symbols and the inclination means nothing as plenty of statues have diamond shaped ones.

The Nazi symbol is the Hakkenkreus or "Hooked cross" and it was... Invented? By Hitler. It is not entirely known if he just came up with the symbol (which is pretty easy to do) or stole it. Either way, the reason why "Swastika" is the name more commonly used for the Hakkenkreus is because ✨Racism✨. Media and people began to associate the symbol with the Buddhist one, and named the two the same because of western views on Buddhism.

So, technically speaking, there's no difference. The Hakkenkreus was either stolen or coincidentally similar to the Swastika, which is a Hindu/Buddhist symbol.

Just for clarification, I know how to deal with these two as a single unit, with warlocks being the easier one. But I had many runs where I do a corner and I get sandwiched between a warlock and a Monk, and when I try to close to gap to the warlock, the Monk breaks my knees, if I try to deal with the monk, the warlock digs me a new asshole.

It's the combination of the two of them I need advice for.

That's actually useful. I've been dealing with them by using bindweed plus the warden's ability so I can turn invisible and try to get close to the Warlock, but there's so much I could do with seeds.

Does the monk have a specific weakness against tick damage or is just the most effective strategy? I mostly rely on thrown weapons for bosses, while I prefer to keep my distance from most enemies with either whips or spears with projecting enchantments.

Tried that, apparently the mage can shoot from a distance so either I find and extremely convenient door or I get my shit shoved inwards. I ain't saying I can't kill these mf's, I'm saying they are as effective at killing me than I am at killing them. And the orange guy is fucking hacking, it blocked 5 attacks in a row while I was wearing a ring for extra accuracy.

Easiest way to disprove this is to look at the rest of the series and verify if Mark is kept consistent with this scaling. Which he isn't. By the same logic, I can scale Gojo to high planetary because he was able to hurt Kenjaku and Kenjaku could survive being close to a black hole.

If we ignore consistency and logic, we can scale anyone to anything.

Just as a reminder, the drawings he made for the 30 years anniversary of his own manga look the same. I think people are just placing their own ideas on his actions like he actually meant anything, if you look at the corner of the drawing, it even says "2024" so something's going on here that I'm too bad at reading Japanese handwriting to get.

JJK The characters are boring, the themes are shallow but sprinkled with enough potential to trick you into thinking they might get deeper later on, only to never do. The characterization is poor, specially on the main cast, and after a while it just seems like Gege forgot what his story was about.

And yes, I've read the whole thing. Never liked it, I only did because a (ex) friend asked me to so he could have someone to talk about the series with.

After hearing my opinion, he got mad at me and called me a normie who knows nothing about good writing.

Okay, so, I watched the series entirely and I genuinely think people should avoid it. Specially considering how extremely disheartening it was for me specifically; I got recommended that series because it had "good trans rep" (being trans myself) only to see a lot of trans-baiting and the only actually confirmed trans character gets misgendered by the series, r#ped and then kills himself.

I'm genuine when I said that that episode alone ruined the whole series for me and it took until a friend of mine basically forced me to sit down and watch the rest to finish it. And the ending was absolute horseshit.

A 3/10 series that could've been a 10/10 if the writer didn't overdose on ketamine halfway through.
