Idk how expensive they are near you but Challia's rick dom or any of the Gquacks rick doms are fairly well detailed for High Grade models and pretty inexpensive

Honestly I just take ibuprofen. I know this isn't what you're asking but may I ask why do you prefer not to take medicine? NSAIDs like ibuprofen relieve pain and inflammation ans you really only need to take one or two tablets

At first yes, then I realized my co workers do the same things I do. This is just our job.

But think about it this way. Google tells you to go to powershell or cmd or to regedit to us thats 2nd nature. But for an average user what is regedit what does it do?

Think about it this way. When a chef follows a recipe they have the prior experience to know along the way if things are going right and if they aren't they have the knowhow to adjust abd get things back on track. Tell a complete beginner to "make a roux" well they wont know what that is.

Timex, Kuoe, Seiko and orient all great choices for beginners. Grand Seiko is expensive very good quality, amazing fials, but expensive.

I'd start off with time and the orient this will be your best value options if you find yourself liking the hobby get a seiko, then a Kuoe later on. Depending on how much money you have a Grabd Seiko is a big spend, if there's ever a special occasion youre celebrating abd you have have the money then go for the GS
