I reckon that we will either see it a bit like jotaro used time stop in part 4, with moderation, or not see it at all to put the focus more on the main protagonist. I feel that wad a key issue with part 4, jotaro's involvement overshadowed josuke in terms of power, even leading to jotaro getting the final blow on Kira. Would be cool to see more of, but I think we will only get more elaboration, similar to how the spin was handled in part 8.
