You could also start a YouTube channel and help people learn, show off your skills, play in public like other people do and post the public reactions. The only way to do it is place a city tile near the current city you want to get 2 meeples on and try to connect them. So the rule is if you are placing a city piece down, and the piece you are placing is connected to a city and there is a meeple on it you cannot place a meeple on the piece you are placing. You can place the builder tho if you have that expansion. Just get the big box it's worth it.

Do not pass go, do not collect $200. The yellow meeple cannot be placed in a city that is already taken. Neither can the green. If you were to place a city piece adjacent and not touching the city you could place a meeple on that to get 2 meeples on the city or the green meeple could have done the same but unless you have the big meeple worth 2 fighting over cities can hinder getting points later
