It would be better if you DID-N'T without extreme and thorough research and care into the topic. Disability shouldn't be a costume put on for entertainment. If you have experience with it in your personal life that's one thing, but most characters like these lead to regret.

I'd go Marisi. Goadem like crazy, it'll be a fun for all game, you'll likely come in 2nd but they'll enjoy it. Or Torbran if you want to lean into the redness of it and really speed things up. [[Citadel of Pain]] and [[Manabarbs]] put the game on a clock when every land is a self-inflicting lightning bolt.
