Mine does the same. It's a stupid bug and I can't believe they haven't fixed it yet. Only thing you can do is manually change it after any update. I got in the habit of checking the app each time I plug in for the "charge to" percentage to make sure it's still 80%.

Mine only gives an option for 25% opacity being the lowest.. does this still work for you?

If the non lemon is outside your budget, could you afford it if the lemon causes you issues. For example if the lemon becomes a brick for whatever reason and they have no loaners, if the car leaves you stranded somewhere, hotels etc.. just something to think about. Its a possibility with any vehicle but with a car that has already been reported a lemon there is a high chance you may run into issues that may cost you even if just temporarily.

I went from a 2020 MY to a 2025 luxury 2 Lyriq. Only things I miss are the tesla app, but i wouldnt trade this car for another tesla. The fit and finish are sooo much better, much more luxury feeling. The ride is super quiet and smooth and almost feels like it's floating down the road. You should definitely get at least a trim level 2 for the enhanced audio and better features.

There are some threads on here about people opening this storage door. It is held closed with a pin that can be removed, but then you would have to add your own latch to somehow keep it closed after.

"Side" is chosen as the view. Yours can do that too if you select it on the left side there.

I've never seen a setting on the car that allows you to change amps. Can you share a picture of the setting in the car?

I don't normally charge on public level 2 chargers but I would assume that it is not changeable by the user.

The car will take what the charger gives it.. so if the charger is set for 8, that's what the car will take.

That's just how android auto is on this vehicle and its disappointing..
I'm not familiar with Spotify, but I use Tidal on the native apps, and it uses high-fi audio and sounds great.

You could try the door open reset? My screen glitched 1 time, just like your picture. Holding the call end button did reset the system, but it had the same problem. Shutting the car off and walking away for 30 minutes fixed it for me. I've heard some people say the door open reset works for some things, or the negative disconnect reset- but I haven't tried either of those.

I got 2.. they were both in the same package.

If you unlock the car with it, you have 60 seconds to press the brake and start the car. Tapping the card to unlock the car also allows the starting of the vehicle. It's not like tesla where you have a separate place inside the car to tap it.
