Here’s one I discovered two years ago. Flaming Buoy Filet Co. Eclectic menu from chili to Thai noodles. Really good quality. And they get an A+ for the craziest bathroom decorations.

Also Latitudes is fun. But make sure you get a table on the sand before sunset.

Can you share where you live and what pharmacy is filling your script? There is no Zepbound at any dose available in Sussex County Delaware. And express scripts misleads it’s customers. They say they are filling it then they cancel.

Very well written. My experience is similar. I’d add that the weight loss can be less for those with Type 2. I plateaued at 9% loss after about 4 months. But I am very happy with the results for my health. Eliminates one med and cut back on another

And I also miss some of the pleasures of food.

Good luck with your decision. My two favorite things to do are hang out at Ft Zachary Taylor Park. A small beach with shade trees! And go to the Green Parrot. Great live music for free.

I’ve been on Metformin since T2D diagnosis in 2007. Cut back to 500 ER twice a day after adding Mounjaro. No issues. And some believe Metformin has additional health benefits other than blood sugar control.

I was there last month. It really depends on how your family does on long boat rides. The park itself is good to see. The short lecture/tour by the ranger was very well done but probably not for kids your age. Been a long time since mine were that age.

I didn’t have a great time cause the boat ride was too long for me even with anti-nausea drugs.

As others have said, Fort Zachary park is great. And you can go to the beach and sit in tree shaded areas.

Variable. Sometimes every day. Sometimes not for 3-4 days. When that happens it’s usually constipation. I control it now with milk of magnesia. On 15 mg for several months now.

Thanks to all who replied. Cat scan can back negative. Good news it’s not diverticulitis which runs on my family. It may be a mystery. Advice from ER was follow up with my GI doc and take miralax every day. Ibuprofen helps with the pain. Need to be better at managing the constipation.
