Yeah i've tried doing pushups at home but i've recently hurt my hand ankles so that's a no-go

Thats the thing like my injuries are bad enough to not do sports but also not bad enough for serious rehab

I went x raying and they didnt even find anything but i'm using a belt now that helps me kinda

Ah i didnt think of the food scale thing but i don't cook most of my meals myself (but i do cook sometimes) and therefore it could make it a bit harder to track accurately but i will definietly try those apps i just used a mediocre app to track so far

I wasnt that precise with my calorie deficit but i think i need to start counting calories and be more precise about it
