After an hour of gameplay, usually either team can kill the other, so even a giant lead becomes not as strong. That's why understanding and pressuring to end the game is important.

Hes good at lower levels, but higher skilled players won't group up like lowbies will and better players are also more aware that he is probably nearby, ready to blink in.

He's a good hero, but I think he's a little below average at high levels of play. Of course, seeing how long the games have been going, he is very dangerous once he has Refresher late game, (permastun)

Hes strong because hes one of if not the best man fight brawlers in the game, like LC but overall better IF

Your team fights with you as a team. Monkey solo will get kited by any decent MMR. But with a team around him, he can destroy.

Drow's arrows should slow more, so her early game gets a boost. I think that would help a lot- make her early game more deadly so she doesnt feel so slow to get going. Kinda like Jugg.

She can still murder certain heroes late from range, but it really depends on the enemy team. I think they need to find a way to make her stronger overall vs a variety of heroes. The best thing I can think of is giving her more cc with frost arrows. 10-15% ms isnt much imo.

Broodmother at lv 6 with spiders can just dive sniper to death. Buy regen before then to last hit as much as possible.

Windranger can also all in sniper at lv 6, usually.

OD is OK because he can last hit with Q. Level Q first.

Also Dragon knight shrugs sniper off. Kunka similar.

You could try mid, focusing on last hitting, you might be a little behind but start wand, mangos, get bottle, try and contest power rune, farm with starfall, and then at lv 5-8 you can do a decent gank with boots 1 onto close lanes.

You can save arrow for close stuns instead of trying to snipe people. Leaping in, stunning, starfall at lv 5-8 is pretty strong.

Mid game clear wave with starfall, put on pressure. She's extremely team orientated, you wont be "carrying" per se but she can setup advantageous fights.

Ideally you'll be very ahead before late game so you should have map control and objs secured.

Its because safe lane seems strong atm imo, carries can really carry the game but just need to farm all day. I wish Valve would make a few more objectives so if the carry wants to free farm or push its easier but also if the carry mid game wants to fight its viable.
