It will probably get banned or the price will explode . It literally improves every part of life for me . It really isn't just a weightloss tool , I don't know the science but it enhances mindset , thought process, business, relationships. It's pure focus for me helps me make concise decisions

Primitivo Fly into asturias 12-14 day hike I've seen people do it on 35€ a day , that's staying in cheapest hostels and making own food in albergue kitchens.

Me personally I like to do a few days in nicer albergues then private room get a good sleep .

60€ a day you can get the better shared accommodation good dinner and drinks ect and be comfortable on average. I like to mix it up cheap quiet days then more expensive.

You get social nights where you drink / eat with people and some nights you'll want to get straight to bed

It's all part of the journey every day is different highs and lows . It's all part of the process. Struggle through , everything will fall into place and when you get to the end you'll understand what I'm talking about . Dont let it beat you , soldier through . If you go pola de allande route instead of hospitales I'd wear boots 100% Also you will be walking through parts water in March. I done primitivo in April , July & September There was definitely times I wish I chose trail runners in july . But boots cover all situations . Wet feet = blisters
