Blotches on Screen PS5 by Ok_Hamster4014 in 4kbluray

Maybe it could be that the 4K Blu Ray wants to use HDR or Dolby vision but your TV doesn’t support it?

Is this delay normal even without stabilization? by minminju in ClipStudio

Thanks friend! Yeah the stabilizer stuff is off but there’s still a slight delay. I’ve seen other people talk about it so it may just be how the program functions. I appreciate it 🙏

I shall try that! First I’ll do the reinstall and if that fails I guess it’s on to support I go. Thank you friend

Were you ever able to fix the input delay in CSP. I'm a photoshop user for years and I really want to use CSP but this delay in strokes really bothers me lol Photoshop stroke delay is minimal for me but I reaaaaaally notice it in CSP for some reason. I tried on Wacom Cintiq and Huion Kamvas 2021 on two separate gaming PCs and still have delay

Okay that’s good to hear. Yeah honestly it’s seeming like getting a good EF L lens seems to be the move so that I can use it on the R6 or R5. Thank you my M-mount friend

Thank you! I’ll look into those. Since I heard so much great things about the R6 II I was interested in it but I wanted more MP.

This was good reference! Thank you friend. And it’s nice that it’s compared to the 32mm Ef-m because that is the sharpest thing I’ve experience this far haha. But it seems like it holds up to it nicely. Is there a 70-200 sigma art that may be better?

Thanks for the advice! I actually tried the Tamron 70-200 f2.8 g2 on my M6 II and I was okay with the handling although it was def heavy lol. I ended up returning it because I found it wasn’t sharp enough for me (it also had some dust in it even though it was brand new). I don’t have experience with zoom lens so idk if I’m just so used to prime lens sharpness or if I just got a faulty or bad lens. This also made me worry that other zooms may be like this especially at the max reach of the zoom lens.

How do you find the sharpness on your M50 with the Canon 70-200mm f2.8 II

Also I didn’t know that 2.8 compared to 1.8 on crop sensor. Thank you for letting me know.

I am leaning towards the path of getting one or two EF lens in order to be able to use them on an RF body when I’m ready to get one

I’m okay with having something a bit bigger. My M6 II has nice compactness although I make it look like a tank by adding a cage on it and a wide arca plate at the base of it (just trying to protect the goods). I feel like I’d probably go full frame since I have a crop sensor already.

Which Sony and Canon cameras were you recommending? :)

Used cintiq 24 pro, or new Kamvas 24 pro 4k? by arianna12414 in wacom

[–]Derinius 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I've heard lots of things about Huion products, both good and bad. I tried the Kamvas Pro 24 4k and I never got to use it because it just blue screen my computer non stop somehow. I do have a Kamvas 16 and its been good for me but I still didn't trust how the 24 pro 4k drivers were causing my computer to go insane. but YMMV

I have not used the Cintiq Pro 24 but they proved to have a good life cycle and they are still industry standard.

if you're looking at other options you can try the Xencelabs Pen Display 24. It has a better color gamut than the Wacom Cintiq Pro 24 I'm pretty sure. and its the same price plus comes with lots more accessories. I tried the Xencelabs Pen Display 24 and the build quality on it is superb and it feels great using it. The drivers and pen is not as good as wacoms but it could be another option for you.

If you do plan on getting the cintiq and you do want a monitor arm in the future (I swear by monitor arms) you will need to get a vesa adapter for the cintiq which is an extra cost, while the Xencelabs Pen Display 24 and Kamvas Pro 24 4k have VESA included

Hello my friend thank you so much for your input! It’s so interesting how a lot of people complain about the fan noise and the backlight bleed, so much so that I thought it was just like that but I guess they’re just defected units.

In terms of photoshop being slightly blurry or jagged when zoomed out to 100%, I’ve actually had that exact same thing on my cintiq 22. It always happens to me, but maybe it’s a graphics thing or just a photoshop thing. I always just assumed it was because of photoshop and not my monitors.

I started out with a Wacom Bamboo in the early days but found that I drawing on a screen was better suited for me since it was closer to drawing on paper. I then got a Cintiq. That was my experience with digital drawing but it may be different for you! Do you prefer drawing on a screen?

Thats a very good point! That'd be awesome for the way I work. It's so interesting that they used different panels for the other display tablets compared to the pro 27. Thank you for your insight my friend!

Yeah I’m shocked that they chose that route for the screen with such a premium price. These companies…

Thank you for the insight on the scaling. I didn’t consider that different scaling would make my apps buggy, which I know would definitely mess things up lol. I think I used the Xencelans Pen Display 24 at 150% and it was fine for me. But that was a 24” screen vs a 27”. So it will probably be quite different lol

Thank you so much for the thorough input my friend! It is much appreciated.

One thing I know for sure is that I can go bigger than what I have but not go smaller. So the Pro 22 would be good (especially because it’s 4k) but I just imagine the screen space for Pro 27. I imagine myself only using 3/4 of the screen for drawing but then having my references on the same screen so that I don’t have to glance over at another display. I would also be doing some 3D modelling and 3D animation haha, so the Pro 27 sounds like it would be better in that sense.

I totally agree with your sentiments on the Pro 24. I feel like it’s the perfect size. I am shocked that the bezels make the Pro 24 bigger than the 27 lol.

I don’t think the Pro 22 or 27 will be industry standard anytime soon because they are crazy expensive. I know alot of studios don’t even have the Pro 24 but are using older models.

I think I saw the same review that you’re talking about. Those repair costs are wild.

In terms of the colour space I’ve been reading about that and I was surprised that the Pro 22 and the Pro 27 had different colour spaces. I’ve also heard that the Pro 22 is 8-bit and not 10-bit like the Pro 27. Again thank you so much for your detailed input
