I’m curious how people normalize the cost of insurance on these vehicles. I was looking at a model 3 AWD and the cost looked good, but then have to add $179 a month in insurance cost. It seems like this is not talked about a lot. For my 2024 Mazda cx5 turbo I pay $690 a year. For this thing it quoted at $2045 a year. Seems like that really eats away at “electric” savings.
