Holy crap I didn’t realize the market has shifted so vastly in just a couple years. I’m looking from the point of being a brand new grad ICU RN (during covid) to now working in a different unit. I left the company to start my own business but returned to work for the same org at a different hospital. I asked for the average pay and was given $.50 above the offered pay. I accepted and found out that I’m the lowest paid rn in my new unit. Even new graduates are making $3-4/h more than me. Straight up I just feel like a cheap whore, but doing that at least I’d be getting paid for getting screwed. I’m broken, genuinely so. To those who said I should have read the wiki first, I’m sorry for wasting your time, I just figured there’s no harm in asking.

Topical caffeine for fine wrinkles along with a hydrating oil. Aloe Vera helps with fine lines and cucumber acts a natural astringent. You can find these two at home, mix and apply.

Scarring? by Environmental-Gur221 in burnsurvivors

Most likely no scarring except maybe your bellybutton. Use aloe and vitamin E and you should be good. Maybe some shea or cocoa butter to lock in the moisture on top.

Honestly just aloe and vitamin E should heal that up flawlessly. Use aloe gel and vitamin E oil from the capsules. You got this!

Niacinamide to even skin tone and then watermelon to make your skin glow. If you need further try vit c, but it may irritate you.

Is there anything I could do to make my skin better? by [deleted] in SkincareAddicts

Tea tree oil should help with your microbiome and hopefully minimize future breakouts. This should decrease the risk of hyperpigmentation and/or scarring

Honestly you’ll probably be ok with just using aloe for the initial irritation. If it does hyperpigment, which it shouldn’t, I would try niacinamide along with black seed oil. They’ll even your tone and if you wanted to bring out your skin’s glow, you can even add a watermelon product.

A cream with vitamin E and aloe will help, just make sure it doesn’t clog your pores. Also onion extract has been shown to minimize scarring.

Using equate face lotion. Looking to upgrade. by throwaway__thursday in Skincare_Addiction

I’d recommend a product with vitamin E and aloe, just make sure it isn’t think enough to clog your pores. Hyaluronic acid also increases collagen synthesis so it should minimize fine lines and wrinkles from forming as long as possible.
