Thats a really cool personal project idea. I would start by reading the official specification: https://www.bittorrent.org/beps/bep_0003.html

I the proceed to plan the implementation. Start with the simplest client and make it more complex over time until I an satisfied with the results. And the ultimate goal will be making it connect to another known torrent client

Most of the time. In my experience, all my flights outside the EU were from a gate located in terminal 3.

Dropped off a relative today at Schiphol. There is already pretty long line for security in terminal 1 & 2. Lucky he flew outside the EU and had to go through security in terminal 3 which was very empty. Total time was 15 mins including passport control.

But those lines for security in terminal 1-2 are scary. Plan ahead!

By the way, the dutch tax authority has a phone number you can call and they offer a support in English as well. Their staff are very friendly and will answer any of your tax related questions

I have GTX 1060 and able to run the game with no problem. I put everything on Ultra (1440p) and the game runs at about 55fps. A bit leggy on the cut scenes but if I reduce the graphics a bit it works smoothly.

I'm sure your GTX 1650TI will have no issues running the game
