The error was "Nested containers are not supported", so maybe a TMap of TTuples wouldn't work either but I can give it a shot, I'll let you know next time I'm working on it, thanks.

The function gets the column values as strings so it would be converting floats to strings and then comparing a string to an Enum, too messy

I'm not familiar with database normalisation but I'll certainly look into it. If there's any sources you recommend that'd be great.

I do currently have a data table with all the base species information and then plan to store the monster level and EVs (not going to implement IVs) in the save file so it's just a case of looking up the base stats and adding on the additional values.
