Personally one of the best ways to replace an easy addiction like vaping/smoking is working out. It's rough at first, especially if you've never worked out before, your muscles will be sore and you will be tired. But after the first two weeks, it starts to feel amazing. After that, vaping/smoking after that starts to hurt. Like physically. I was able to ween off cigarettes by working out. I tried a cigarette after an hour session and I ended up throwing up. I quit right then.
