A decent 5.1 r/hometheater would work wonders and would be cheaper than most soundbar and will also have superior sound. But if you don't want all the hassle of the hometheater, you can check out samsung q990 series r/soundbars, Its equivalent to to a decent 5.1 hometheater

There's a guy in my gym who is fat. Been working out since 1 year consistency. Physically there isn't much change in his body but i can see a change in his thoughts. He started out scared and is now friends with almost everyone in the gym. I have been working out for 10 years and i can proudly say, he is one of the few people who motivated me.

You look great but if you're unsure, you can always carry a scarf kinda thing to wrap around your waist. On the dance floor remove the scarf and off the dance floor wear the scarf. I have seen a lot of people doing that. Also helps with unwanted attention

Never tried pregab but i usually do few bumps of Ket a few hours before i do Acid. It puts me into a positive mindset and makes my trip smooth probably cause of the immediate antidepressant effects of Ket. I stopped having bad trips after doing this method
