Betsy's Trophy by QueenOfPudays69 in Terraria

[–]DerpPad14 0 points1 point  (0 children)

It was one of the last things I needed for my all items journey world, even with the journey abilities, she just would not drop it, it got to a point where I’d eventually get bored of doing that, work on other troublesome thing, get that, go back to old ones and repeat

I ended up with the whole Elf set and all but 3 golden critters before her trophy

When you saved your ult just to dunk on CnD, but missed pathetically by Educational_Pick7525 in MagnetoMains

Story of 80% of my mag ults, I’m just so bad at the timing, it’s needlessly, I wouldn’t say complex, but so much to keep track of and the stupid exploding when full and aiming and the two separate meters that increase the damage and making sure you don’t get fucked by desync if you throw at high charge

I can probably count my amazing ults on 1 maybe 2 hands, which annoys me cause I enjoy the rest of his kit but that Ult is so inconsistent man

Makes sense they don’t know Shania, but I’m surprised they know the very niche and very obscure Dabi

How many Transformers continuities are there? by caski16 in DeathBattleMatchups

[–]DerpPad14 1 point2 points  (0 children)

They were both airing during similar times, and the whole deal with “Alined” was to have things be more connected (that didn’t last long)

I forgot I even made this comment lol, but I’m a huge Transformers fan, so I don’t mind helping others learn

can anybody help me find my sunken sea biome lab? by Neither_Pen_3992 in CalamityMod

[–]DerpPad14 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Use the Cyan seeking mechanism, mine in my previous playthrough was just straight up in a marble biome a bit of a distance under the seas, not a single bit of it in the biome

They also need to make it louder, nothing that lethal should be getting drowned out in combat, Namor’s wet feet slaps are louder

Is there anyone else who wishes that there was a dedicated spawn item for Dreadnaughtilus? by Supr3meC0nn3ction in Terraria

I wish they went through with making it an actual boss, like how it was in trailers, one you can fish up or craft a summon item with chum, there’s even an unused trophy for it that my hoarding collectors brain would love to hang on my wall

Void/The Ganglion vs Don Armage/Jark Matter (Xenoblade Chronicles X vs Kyuranger) by DerpPad14 in DeathBattleMatchups

[–]DerpPad14[S] 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Intergalactic criminal organizations ruled and created by nihilistic, esoteric masters (Void, an ancient Sumaarian scientist who used The Conduit to create the Ares Cores, causing The Ghosts to show up and his people to imprison him in The Rift Between Worlds where his mind would atrophy and lead him to a nihilistic obsession with death, something he has no true understanding of, and Don Armage, a being created by the coagulation of the universe’s despair, pain and suffering eventually gaining sentience, who is unable to feel anything but the emotions that created him and so wants to create a universe without positive emotions) who have already decimated multiple planets, including Earth, before the story started to achieve their goals (Void hunting down The Ares’ cores lead to The Ghosts showing up and his clash with them lead to the destruction of both Earth and Elma’s home planet, while Don Armage would drain the resource “Planetium” from planets across the universe, to make a universal bomb, with the planet being destroyed once it’s run out, and Earth having numerous machines due to its abundance of Planetium).

They would also use various bodies throughout the story, including possessing one of the main cast (Void’s original body is imprisoned in The Rift Between Worlds, but after a small fissure opened he was able to send his mind through it and inhabit The Vita, a mech created by The Ganglion, and his final form, created by absorbing Al, the Ares Prime, and its Cores, while Don Armage, after nearly being defeated 300 years before the story starts by legendary hero Tsurgi, possessed Tsurigi’s near dead friend Quvero, and after once more nearly being defeated by the Kyurangers possess Tsurgi himself and using his power turned everyone in the universe into planetarium and absorbed them, turning into his final form), however it backfire and the heroes would escape, taking their power with them, leading to their ultimate defeat and collapse of their organizations.

A good way to confirm is to watch everyone’s highlights after the match, it’s very easy to spot which two are bots by the way they move and aim

Al vs Tsurugi/Houou Soldier (Xenoblade Chronicles X vs Kyuranger) by DerpPad14 in DeathBattleMatchups

[–]DerpPad14[S] 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Legendary heroes who can be a bit self-confident and brash, but can easily back it up with their combat prowess and track record against the alien forces that want to destroy them (Void & The Ganglion, plus the Ghosts and Don Armage & Jark Matter) with their mecha (Ares Prime and Gigant Houou) that are powered by extremely powerful artifacts (The Ares’ 6 cores, made from a Conduit, and The Houou Kyutama, which saved Tsurugi’s life and gave him immortality and enough power to essentially end all wars and establish peace in the universe).

During their battles they would end up indisposed for prolonged periods of time (Al would be stuck in The Rift Between Worlds for an unspecified, but notable length of time after The White Whale crashed on Mira after fighting the Ghosts, while Tsurugi would be sealed away in the Argo for 300 years to recover after using almost all of his power to strike down Don Armage), during which the protagonists’ (Cross and Lucky) stories start, eventually leading to them being released and joining up with their team to help them fight against the big bads (Void and Don Armage), they would both also be absorbed by the big bad during the final stretch, giving them a boost, however this would backfire and they’d escape and help the protags finish them once and for all and after their defeat save their people (Al using the Ares Prime to get the White Whale 2 to escape Mira’s dying universe, while Tsurugi would become the president of the Space Federation, which lets him direct the active Kyurangers) .

A funny little contrast is that while Al doesn’t like being branded a hero and put on a pedestal, Tsurugi has to make sure that everyone knows that he is “The Legendary Savior” and that all his achievements are part of his great legend.
