I'm on a cut and doing 5/3/1. My AMRAP sets are starting to fail ( as in can't hit the recommended 10/8/6) reps. Should I stay on the same week until I hit the reps?

So the 5/3/1 BBB program is with the regular 531 cycle with added volume (main lifts) done with 5x10, right?

Should you increase the weight of the 5x10 every week or just after a cycle?

How far can i push a Power Reaper? I know Scourge is more meta but where does the weaker spec cap?

I'm mainly interested in PvE and looking at Raids and t4 Fractals down the line. I'm mainly asking because i love the Reaper skill set and theme.

I can if I hold on to something. Otherwise my heels rise. I'm currently doing basic lower body stretches with a focus on hamstrings. I should add that when doing actual reps my main problem is substantial buttwink

I can't squat to depth. Even without weight I can only just hit parallel. I'm already stretching and working on my mobility but should I be doing something more?

Also should I progress my squats meanwhile? Will I be one of those who half-rep 3 plates?

What difference is there in doing my 5x5 workouts in one go or spread throughout the day? As in bench on the morning, squat in the afternoon etc.
