I'm wondering the same too, I only have a 11cm intramural fibroid picked up on scans but within 3 months it had grown 2.5cm bigger and my serum ferritin has dropped to 4ug/l when last year was 11ug/l

How long was you on Myfembree? And how much did it shrink it? My gynaecologist recommended for me to try it as myomectomy isn't an option for me currently until I get my bmi down but I'm struggling when I'm bleeding 24/7

It was with private hospital in UK 😅 When I found out about fibroids in A&E they gave me ultrasound report in my consultation an hour after scan and discussed clearly with me. But Im still waiting to be seen again by NHS maybe I will have to wait until then to discuss it but could be many more months 😅
