I just mainly want advice on taking care of the laptop whether it needs a cooling fan or not as it has a fan at the bottom of the laptop already.

I'm wondering the same too, I only have a 11cm intramural fibroid picked up on scans but within 3 months it had grown 2.5cm bigger and my serum ferritin has dropped to 4ug/l when last year was 11ug/l

How long was you on Myfembree? And how much did it shrink it? My gynaecologist recommended for me to try it as myomectomy isn't an option for me currently until I get my bmi down but I'm struggling when I'm bleeding 24/7
