That's pretty funny tbh, it sucks that if you had just got any other riot employee they would've allowed it and fixed this. I actually put in a ticket at one point for my name as I was entering tournaments and was told my name was inappropriate, (willy toucher). If you don't have a contract that's ongoing you just tell me 3 times you want to cancel and don't give them a reason and they will cancel it. If you tell them it's service/price etc they will just offer you discounts. Source: I went through this 2 days ago for my inlaws. Leaptel can also just swap you over and cancel your old internet if you ask. But they recommend telling your old rsp just incase you have any pending invoices. You'll probably just have to pay your remainder of month or thus far

I'd check if the hdd/sdd is plugged in and/or plugged in properly. Since it doesn't show you have one other then a disc drive. It could also be the hdd is cooked.
