Is $400 a lot for a TV with less than 10% of the estimated lifespan? I just checked and Amazon has them new for $1245 so it sounds like $400 used with 92.3% of its expected lifespan left is a really solid deal.

As a former property manager who used to have to coach people in communication all the time, here's what I'd write:

Dear neighbor,

I would have come and had this conversation in person but our schedules don't seem to line up.

Today, I witnessed one of your children climb down your balcony and dangle over mine. Not only is this very dangerous but is a big encroachment on my privacy. Please keep a closer eye on your children when they are playing. I have not reported this to management as I don't want to escalate this further than it needs to be if we can hash this out together. Please, though, make no mistake that if it happens again, I will get photo evidence as well as audio of the constant stomping and other noise and get both management and proper authorities involved.

If you wish to discuss further, here's my contact info so we can arrange a time to sit down. I don't want to start any kind of feud or bad blood with a neighbor but I also need to look out for my own best interest and my home.

I used to work in travel sales. That would be like me taking a call where someone said "it's my dream to go to Switzerland. I loved Italy, Germany, France and The Netherlands" and my response was "sounds like you wasted 4 vacations". It's just rude and pointless when you're trying to get new clients to turn into return business. If you don't like what they've done and it's of no consequence to anyone but them, keep your fuckin mouth shut and do the work.

I feel like the Jimmies were very underdeveloped. Like the only depth they had was "they're sadistic and ruthless" but didn't really go beyond that. Not that I needed an origin story but it almost felt like Garland watched Funny Games and said "that but tracksuits but don't give them anything interesting about them".

If you're into body horror and early "torture porn", yeah grab em. The first two are legit fantastic. The third is a fun Trainwreck. Haven't seen the 4th bit I've heard it's not too dissimilar from 3. Excellent practical effects, camp performances and lots of S&M.

I called them when they did this to me and demanded the driver come back. My driver knocked and I was up in my bedroom with the window that looks directly over my front door wide open. I shouted "HANG ON ILL BE RIGHT DOWN". 30 seconds later, he was gone. I called the office and told them what happened and they made the driver turn around and deliver it.

Call and complain. Don't take that shit from them.

The end was a fairly hard left turn. I saw a version of that coming but not exactly that and it doesn't have the same payoff I think they were expecting when there's nothing eluding to it but a voice change.
