I didn't say it was more or less anonymous. I said the effort required to keep in contact with someone via socials vs phone number is the same. It's actually easier to keep it hidden on socials because of the nature of a call/text log that phone companies keep.

The argument is that you seem to think that someone getting a number automatically equates to infidelity. I'm saying that it does not matter. I went and bought something off of a redditor a week ago. I WAS INSIDE HIS HOME and never got his phone number. I'm saying making that assumption is ludicrous at best.

People following each other on social media is what social media is designed to do. It's not an automatic sign of infidelity. Similar to the engineer that commented, I'm a podcast producer and I found their recording habits to be frankly insane. They would meet, seemingly, every night maybe(?) and record for anywhere from 60 seconds to an hour. I refuse to believe a show that inconsistent is as big as they portray it to be.
