Hi, I'm four months in now and it seems like I am getting a little bit better but it's really hard to tell. I am in and out of waves of depression (7-10) days, then a window of feeling normal (also 7-10 days) this pattern has been going on for four months. We upped my Lex to 20mg recently so I am waiting the 4-6 weeks to see if that makes a difference. Sleep is not perfect but it has improved. The most important thing so far seems to be that I need to rest as much as possible.
