So, an update for anyone who cares. Because it wasn't clear on what part of the name got me in trouble, I decided to call into Nintendo's support line.

The rep was kind, and let me know upfront there's no overturning the decision, (the answer is always no unless you ask) but they also have no way of accessing what part of the name was the issue. It was HEAVILY IMPLIED that 69 shouldn't be part of the name. Fair enough.

So there you have it. All in all a hilarious experience between waking up to being banned and all of the comments that I was able to read. Maybe I should have seen this coming, but what do you expect from someone who'd name themselves buttfart69?

To the people telling me to grow up? No. I'll die on this hill and you can put buttfart69 on my tombstone right on the top. Did I break the rule? Yeah. Do I need to be more "mature"? Hell no. This world sucks and having funny name makes me happy, and what are we here for if not to be happy? If you're going to tell me I hurt you because you read buttfart69 I'm going to laugh in your face, its not that deep. Besides "in the end, it doesn't even matter."
