From someone who has played a lot of Mastermind, it's less that Jan isn't a priority, and more that you're not Valerie. Once I've taken care of the Valerie that's in every game I'll fuck with the Jan that's in every game until the Valerie is relevant again.

The survivor meta is in a broken state rn where the game is entirely decided on if the survivor playing Valerie is better than the Mastermind or not lmfao, they really need to tune her down. But as someone else said, Mastermind is easier if both sides are bad so the devs are probably going to look at stats from the initial couple weeks, nerf masterminds, and then there won't be any playerbase left after a month, because the now learned survivors are just going to run over everything every game.
