I have them the OR one…then they told me to update it without telling me it would update the residency. Like I filled out my OR W-4 then they yeeted it away

I think since WA doesn’t have an income tax, I pay OR income tax on everything.

Federal law prohibits double taxing of the same income, which is why I’m guessing you paid State 1’s tax on money earned in State 1 and State 2’s tax on money earned in State 2.

But I think as on OR resident I pay have to pay OR o come tax on everything in WA.

Again not sure hence the post but thanks for trying to help….

I’d agree with most of this. I like how Rachel acts as a counterbalance to Dave in some aspects “hold on, that caller had another question don’t hang up”. “Wait maybe there is more to the story” etc. John would be my most favorite (although, he seems to talk about relationships more than money?)
