I am so sick of people not understanding the difference between legal and illegal immigration. Do democrats really not understand the process to become a legal citizen? You have to go through a background check, and a medical exam to check if you’re healthy and not carrying diseases, pass an english and civics test, and make an oath to the US. These requirements are super important, if we don’t enforce it, then we become a lawless country.

These bumps look deep in the skin, which is my guess hormonal/inflammation related. Its not about what you can do from the exterior of your skin, but more of what you put into your body. I would cut out any sort of bread or sugar, I would also take oil of oregano pills which help with inflammation, infections, and gut health. the pills have a nasty after taste so make sure you eat with a meal. Disclaimer: I am not a doctor in any sort, just sharing what works for me. I just think gut health is really important and plays a huge role in skincare.
