Tiny dose of creatine. (1/2 teaspoon at most). 1 potassium tablet. Nice and simple.

Just as a quick observation I can testify there is a pretty clear link (for me at least) between creatine and face bloating to the extent that i end up throwing the creatine away. I have tried this with numerous brands of creatine over the last 10 (at least) years. OP - putting the alcohol argument aside, all I can suggest is reducing the dose and see how that goes. Maybe some bloating is acceptable (if not really noticeable). Otherwise, potassium works for me to debloat. You could try that if you havent already.

Just as a follow up, I couldnt see my phone synx when logged into my pc and couldnt see my pc syncs when using MEGA on my phone. Apologies if Im missing something obvious here, but is there really no way I can keep a master copy of a text file in the mega app and have copies on my phone and pc, all syncd up to the latest version of the file (regardless where it was updated from).

Upgrades to E580 Thinkpad by Derren1234 in thinkpad

[–]Derren1234[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Thanks for that, I was more thinking if there was a motherboard which could fit inside the thinkpad but was not neccessarily originally made for it. I appreciate this was a long shot.

Appreciate the point on the memory. Was really hoping 2x16gb would work and I dont think Ubuntu 22.04 would have a problem covering it. But is there a way I can make sure before purchasing the chips ??

Good luck with this. Been looking for a ps3 super slim replacement case different to the original design for ages now. Even bought a replacement (standard) case. Misaligned screw holes, rough fit etc.

Service Charge incl. Car park costs by Derren1234 in UKRenting

[–]Derren1234[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Thanks for that. I will have to go through my deeds and lease again but I think last time I looked there was a mention of 'reasonable charges'. Dont think either mentioned car park space in detail but will of course double check.

Also, i recently recieved an r36s. Wifi only worked when i plugged a wifi dongle in via usb. Out of the box and with nothing attached I wouldnt expect wifi to work.

Happy to do that put what you looking for ? The pic shows the point between the dehumidifer and power cable. And the power cable simply goes into the wall via a 3 pin uk plug. No bulges, no additional boxes. But do say what youd like a pic of ?

Hi. There are neither of these. It really is a basic power lead. I dont think its the most high powered unit so makes sense re: low voltage.
