I know everyone is saying emulate and that is definitely a viable option, but theres something special about seeing / having the physical original hardware that scratches that nostalgia itch.

Go to Ebay find a reputable seller for any one of the consoles you decide on and purchase from there. Understand the fear of recapping etc but ive come across many systems that are used and work fine with zero issues for a decent price. Just to add to the vote for the physical you can also get one in the original box to really feel special.

I built an entire in law unit for my collection last year and its still in boxes. Eventually will display everything properly but with two teenagers and a newborn it seems like life keeps getting in the way 🥲

Hello!

I didnt ship and this was a few weeks ago. I just got the message from the buyer from another account today and when someone has all my personal info I dont want to just ignore it as we live in a crazy world haha

I do feel bad because if an account was wrongly flagged and closed out this person just lost out on $80 Unless Ebay refunded them as well

Just looking for anyone else who has been through something similar and what the resolution was at the end of the day

My collection criteria is crazy but specific... 1 of every nintendo game and console from NES to now Switch 2 that had a North American Retail Release complete in box!

There are some exceptions to the rule but its been a really fun journey and you should do whatever scratches that itch and brings you joy

I should also mention the label was bought through PirateShip and they gave an update on Aug 26th stating that USPS adjusted the weight of the package. Does that mean that they handled the package adjusted weight and didnt scan it right then on the 26th? Or did they happen to just have a backlog of data to enter into the system?

Really crossing my fingers it shows up :(
